Our Work
White Coat Consortium, Inc. equips minority physicians with the knowledge, industry connections, and operational guidance needed to become successful principal investigators and lead clinical studies within their own communities. We partner with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, healthcare organizations, and community leaders to expand access to clinical research, improve minority recruitment, and help ensure new medicines are studied in the populations they are meant to serve.
Physician Relationships
We utilize trusted physicians within the patients community who have built trust and a relationship with the potential patient.

Physician Network
We connect minority physicians with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, site networks, and clinical research organizations seeking qualified investigators and diverse community-based trial sites.

Inclusive Trials
Improving minority representation in clinical studies. We help promote recruitment strategies that increase participation among Black, Hispanic, Asian American, and other underrepresented populations so clinical trials better reflect real-world patients.
Better Medicine
Advancing research that leads to treatments for all populations. We believe diverse clinical trial participation helps create safer, more effective medicines by ensuring treatments are studied across the populations most likely to use them.
